Where will you be staying?
The venue is renowned throughout Kerala for their superb home cooked food. All food is included in the price of the retreat and is a delicious array of Keralan delights. From the traditional Keralan dishes to the catch of the day. There is always an abundance of food and plenty of choice. Vegetarian & gluten free options are available.

Mano will be teaching you Qigong on the retreat. He has over twenty years experience in the practice of Qigong and Tai Chi Chuan which supported him to maintain his health through a chronic illness. "I believe in making the amazing health and spiritual benefits of Qigong accessible to all."
Deepthi has dedicated her life to yoga, which helped her to heal a chronic illness. As a practising Yogi she supports her community by teaching yoga to children at government schools as well as holding a private teaching practice in Kannur, Kerala. She has recently completed her PHD in Yoga studies.

You will receive the Good Vibrations Guidebook, plus a fully integrated practical program including: a daily morning practice of Yoga, Qi Gong, dance chakra Meditations, crystal attunements & discussions, Shamanic Journey, Yoga Nidra. Plus a fire ceremony, sand play and many opportunities for you to cleanse and cultivate your energy.
What’s not included?
Airport transfer back home - a taxi can be booked for around £40 to the local airport.
Personal one to one sessions
They can be booked separately with Vanessa.
Any trips out made in your own time.
Included in the Good Vibrations retreat at no extra cost; is the comprehensive guidebook, plus a fully integrated practical program including: a daily morning practice of Movement, Meditation, creative opportunities & discussions, Shamanic Journey, Yoga Nidra, Chakra Activations. Plus the Yoga programme & lectures. The Osho day trip and Reiki are not included on this retreat. (Please see our Classic or The Art of You retreats for those). The Reiki level 1 Course can be arranged in your free time at extra cost.

Free pick-up information
We advise people to fly into Calicut airport (CCJ), North Kerala; it’s the closest to the venue and we provide free pick-up from there on the morning of the retreat start date.
We ask people to arrange their flights to arrive on the morning of the retreat start date if they want to book the free pick-up, otherwise you can get a pre-paid taxi from the airport or we can arrange one for you at the usual local cost, which is around £40 and takes around 2-3 hours depending on traffic.
Etihad and Qatar airlines do good deals on flights via either Abu Dhabi, or Doha respectively. To find flights to Callicut (CCJ) also known as Khozikode we recommend http://www.skyscanner.net. It is a reliable website which gives you lots of choice.
You will need a tourist visa to come to India. You can either:
1. Get a regular tourist visa to India here.
2. Or get an e-tourist visa here
Please check your arrival airport before applying for the e-tourist visa. At the point of writing you can fly into Callicut airport on an e-visa.
You can apply for the e-visa up to 4 days before departure to India. It is probably easier to apply for than the regular tourist visa because everything is done online. Remember that you will need to print out your visa form and take it with you.
