Choose this retreat if you have been working too hard, life has lost its sparkle, or you just want to take some time out to experience 'all that you are' and listen to your soul. The deeply relaxing and playful process of this Life-balancing retreat will put a smile on your face and put you back on track with youthful vigour.

The Life-balancing process combines the alchemical highlights from our week long Walk your Talk Classic, and Creatively Conscious retreat programmes held in India. Discover how it all started here.

Over the course of the weekend you will be guided to re-balance your energy field and explore your wild depths with the expertise and support of like-minded people. The Life-balancing retreat offers you a uniquely personal process of discovery; you'll have the opportunity to identify and release outdated patterns, harness the power of your Inner Critic to work in harmony with your Inner Creator, retrieve your inner child and listen to the direction of your soul.

Return home feeling relaxed, valued, and joyful, fully prepared to create the life you love.

“Vanessa has such a wonderful energy that appears to be endless! I really enjoyed her capacity to hold the process of the group. I also appreciated being able to do things in my own way and not feel pressured into doing anything I didn’t want to. Thank you I have lots of food for thought." Lynn.

How to get to Rosehip Barn at Trefrank Farm?

From the A30 take the Kennards House junction on to the A395 signposted Camelford/Bude. Continue along this road for approximately 8 miles, ignore the first sign for St Clether (even if Sat Nav tells you to take it!).

Continue on the A395 passing Moorview Garage and some windmills, when you see a parking lay-by on your right slow down and indicate left, take sharp left turn onto a country lane signposted St Clether.

Drive down this road for 1 mile until you reach RoseHip Barn – a large stone barn with balconies. Rosehip Barn is part of Trefrank Farm. Parking is directly opposite.
